Superior Diesel is a leading value-added distributor of John Deere engines and Funk drivetrain components for the Midwestern United States. The company was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Rhinelander, Wisconsin with an additional full service facility located in Seville, Ohio.

Superior Diesel specializes in designing and producing modular diesel engine and drivetrain packages for OEM applications. Packages are designed for optimal performance in demanding customer applications by our in-house engineering staff. Our diesel engine application specialists assure the quality and compatibility of the trim components used in Superior Diesel's engine packages. Superior Diesel also offers a standard line of open and enclosed engine power units for irrigation pump, power generation, and miscellaneous stationary industrial applications.

Superior Diesel's Parts Department offers a full line of service parts for John Deere engines and Funk drivetrain components. Also available are the allied parts used in our power packages including; radiators, oil coolers, exhaust, air cleaners, engine controls, and control cables. Superior Diesel also offers both new and remanufactured replacement engines for a wide range of John Deere and independent OEM applications.
